Gallup Announces the Great Places to Work

Per Gallup, their Great Workplace Award shines a spotlight on organizations that achieve performance excellence through cultures of engagement. They believe that the winning organizations represent some of the world’s best workplaces, as they have an intense and intentional focus on engaging their employees.
Gallup recently honored 37 organizations, which average 14 engaged employees for every one actively disengaged employee, which the Gallup website says is nearly seven times the rate in the U.S. and more than 15 times the rate for workforces globally.
